How does this new Handicap system affect clubs that are on the NGN system?

The only way this would affect a club using the NGN system is that they cannot verify your membership status or handicap on the NGN system however the Golfers Card has your exp date printed on it and the club can verify your membership card to your ID Document. To confirm your handicap this the club can do on the Internet by going to http://www.golferscard.co.za and searching for the members surname or by contacting Global Handicaps.
